Published, like everything else here.
Two days, groups of eight to twenty, and the same fee whichever of the three you take. No joining fee and nothing to commit to afterwards.
Beyond twelve people, tell us how many and we will price it rather than pretend a room of thirty works the same way. Travel and a venue outside Northern Ireland are at cost, agreed before anything is booked.
Short teaching, long working sessions.
Every session follows the same shape, and the ratio is the point — two days of being talked at produces notes nobody reads.
Short teaching
The mechanism explained in about twenty minutes, with real numbers rather than theory. What causes what, and why the obvious fix often makes it worse.
Long working session
Forty minutes or more applying it to your own clients, your own team and your own figures. This is most of the two days.
Debrief
What the room found, what got uncomfortable, and what that tells you. Other owners’ questions are half the value of being in a group.
Something written
Every session ends with an asset that did not exist that morning. By the close of day two they add up to the plan.
One per book in the collection.
Delivered in-house for a leadership team, or as an open cohort you join on your own. Each one has a book behind it and a coaching area alongside it.
You 2.0 — the workshop
2 days live · optional day 3 · groups of 8–20
For owner-managers and founders, typically with two to fifty staff. The one to come to alone — nobody scores themselves honestly with their operations manager sitting beside them.
You leave with- A scored baseline across the eight personal capacities — with evidence, not intentions
- Principles, values and standards written, ranked and anchored to your real week
- A one-page personal operating system, assembled in the final session
- A weekly review rhythm that starts the following Monday
Taught live by Andy. The book behind it: You 2.0. Alongside: Personal Coaching.
Leadership 2.0 — the workshop
2 days live · optional day 3, thirty days on · groups of 8–20
For owners who lead a team and were never taught the job. Considerably more useful in-house with your senior people, because a decision-rights map has to be agreed by the people who will live under it.
You leave with- Your Leadership Wheel scored twice — on instinct, then against two days of evidence
- A decision-rights map, a delegation handover and a commitment board, built on your real business
- Your oldest avoided conversation planned, rehearsed and booked
- A 90-day Leadership Performance Plan with its reviews already in the diary
Taught live by Andy. The book behind it: Leadership 2.0. Alongside: Leadership Coaching.
Business 2.0 — the workshop
2 days live · groups of 8–20
For owners who want the business to run — and grow — without them in every decision. Bring the people who actually run the work.
You leave with- The Wheel of Business scored honestly across ten areas
- Pricing, pipeline, delivery and decision-limit worksheets completed on your own numbers
- An operating rhythm: the weekly meeting, the scoreboard, the quarterly review
- A 90-day Business Performance Plan with owners, dates and measures
Taught live by Andy. The book behind it: Business 2.0. Alongside: Business Coaching.
Is a workshop or a coaching programme the right thing?
They do different jobs and the two days is the cheaper way to find out which you need. A workshop teaches a set of mechanisms and makes you apply them once, properly, with help in the room. It finishes when it finishes. That is enough for an owner whose problem was never knowing what to do — plenty of people leave with the plan, work it, and never buy anything else. A coaching programme exists for the other case, which is far more common: you knew roughly what to do, you have known for a while, and it still has not happened. What changes that is not more content. It is somebody expecting an answer on the fourteenth of the month about the thing you committed to on the first.
The honest test is your own history. If the last two years contain a plan you wrote and then did, buy the workshop. If they contain plans you wrote and did not, the workshop will produce another one.
What this is not
It is not group coaching, and we do not sell group coaching at all. That matters because the two get conflated constantly by people selling memberships. A workshop is a taught course with a syllabus, a start and an end. Group coaching is an ongoing arrangement where a facilitator works a rolling agenda with the same handful of owners month after month. The first is a product you buy once; the second is a relationship, and where we do relationships they are one to one.
It is also not a motivational event. There is no music, no exercise involving a flip chart and your childhood, and nobody will ask you to shout anything. The measure of the two days is what is written down at the end of it.
Where they run
Open cohorts run in Northern Ireland, and in-house runs happen wherever your business is — travel outside Northern Ireland is charged at cost and agreed up front rather than buried in the fee. For an in-house workshop you provide the room and we bring everything else, including the printed workbooks and a copy of the book for everyone attending.
Dates for open cohorts are scheduled around demand rather than published a year ahead, so the practical route is to say which of the three you want and whether you would rather join a cohort or run it in-house. If you are not sure the workshop is the right rung at all, the free tools will tell you where the business is actually constrained in about four minutes, and the Performance on Purpose page explains the method the whole thing is built on.

Frequently asked questions
What does a workshop cost?
£795 plus VAT a head for the two days on an open cohort, or £6,500 plus VAT to run it in-house for up to twelve people from one business. The in-house fee includes a copy of the book for everyone attending and the printed workbooks, and it is the cheaper option from about nine people onwards. Beyond twelve, say how many and we will price it rather than pretend the room works the same way at thirty. Lunch and materials are in the per-head fee; travel and a venue outside Northern Ireland are charged at cost and agreed before anything is booked.
Is this group coaching?
No, and the distinction matters because we do not sell group coaching at all. A workshop is a taught course with a fixed syllabus that finishes when the two days finish. You learn a set of mechanisms, apply them to your own figures and leave with a written plan. Coaching is an ongoing one-to-one relationship where somebody holds you to what you said you would do. Some people do the workshop and never buy anything else, which is a perfectly good outcome and the reason it is priced as a standalone thing.
What do I actually leave with?
Something written that did not exist when you arrived, and it is different for each of the three. You 2.0 produces a scored baseline and a one-page personal operating system. Leadership 2.0 produces a decision-rights map, a delegation handover, a rehearsed conversation with a date on it, and a 90-day plan. Business 2.0 produces completed pricing, pipeline and delivery worksheets on your own numbers plus a 90-day Business Performance Plan. In every case the plan has owners, dates and measures, because one without them is a list of good intentions.
How is it taught?
Short teaching, long working sessions. Each block runs about twenty minutes explaining the mechanism with real numbers rather than theory, then forty or more applying it to your own clients, your own team and your own figures, then a debrief on what the room found and what got uncomfortable. That ratio is deliberate. Two days of being talked at produces notes nobody reads; two days of guided work produces assets. Groups run from eight to twenty so there is time for everyone’s actual situation.
Should I bring my team or come alone?
For You 2.0, come alone — it is about you, and nobody does that honestly with their operations manager sitting beside them. For Leadership 2.0 and Business 2.0 the in-house version with your senior people is considerably more useful, because the decision-rights map and the operating rhythm have to be agreed by the people who will live under them. An owner who builds those alone then has to sell them afterwards, which is the slow way round.
Do I need to read the book first?
It helps but it is not required, and nothing in the two days assumes you have. People who have read it spend none of the workshop catching up on the mechanism and all of it on their own application, so they tend to get more out of the same two days. If you want to read one first, take the one matching the workshop you are booked on. On the in-house version the books come with the fee, so there is no need to buy copies separately beforehand.
When are the next dates?
Open cohorts are scheduled around demand rather than published a year ahead, so the honest answer is to ask. Say which of the three you want and whether you would rather join an open cohort or run it in-house, and you will get the next suitable dates and a straight answer on whether it is worth waiting. In-house runs are usually easier to arrange quickly, because the date is yours to choose rather than everybody else’s.
