Buzz Coaching collects the personal information you choose to give us — your name and email address when you contact us or book a discovery call — and uses it to respond to your enquiry, to book and conduct coaching sessions, and to send relevant communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to provide our services.
Buzz Coaching is a trading style of Buzz Accounting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company Number 15182358. This page explains what information this website collects, what happens to it, and how you can see, correct or remove anything we hold about you.
What data do we collect?
We collect your name and email address when you contact us or book a discovery call. On this website that happens in a small number of places: the form on our contact page, the newsletter subscribe boxes that sit at the end of our guides and articles, and the our booking page booking page we use to schedule discovery calls. Nothing is collected silently in the background — if we hold information about you, it is because you typed it in and pressed a button.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to provide our services.
How do we use your data?
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to book and conduct coaching sessions, and to send relevant communications — the guides, articles and updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time: every newsletter email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you from the list. If you would rather just email us and ask to be removed, that works too.
What happens when you submit a form on this site?
Forms on this website are processed by Netlify, the platform that hosts the site. When you press submit, your entry is stored in our Netlify account so we can read it and reply. If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is also added to Brevo, the email platform we use to send the emails you have requested. These are the only two systems this website sends your form details to, and both exist to deliver the thing you asked for — a reply to your message, or the emails you subscribed to.
What cookies does this site use?
This site does not run any analytics until you say so. On your first visit a banner asks whether you are happy for us to use analytics cookies, and nothing is measured until you choose.
- If you press Accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and shows us aggregate information about how the site is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive and on what kind of device. We use this to understand which guides and pages are genuinely useful.
- If you decline or dismiss the banner, Google Analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set at all.
Your choice is remembered in your browser’s localStorage under the key coach-consent, so the banner does not reappear on every visit. That record lives in your browser, not on our servers. To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit and you can choose afresh.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold. Contact us at hello@buzzcoaching.co.uk and we will deal with your request — whether that is a copy of what we hold, a correction, or removing your details altogether.
Where is the full policy?
